Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Slowedify (hereinafter "we," "our," "the site") and any user subscribing to a plan or making a purchase on slowedify.com (hereinafter "you," "the user," "the customer").

2. Offers and Pricing

We offer the following plans:

• Slowedify Pro - Monthly Subscription: €4.99/month (automatic renewal)
• Slowedify Pro - Annual Subscription: €48/year (automatic renewal)
• Slowedify Pro Lifetime: €74.99 (one-time payment, lifetime access)

3. Payment and Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions are recurring and automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the customer.

Payment is processed via the payment methods available on slowedify.com. In case of payment failure, access to the service may be suspended.

4. Cancellation and Termination

The user can cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for periods already started.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, a 14-day withdrawal period applies only to the first purchase of a monthly or annual subscription. The refund will be issued upon request from the customer, even if the service has been used.

Any subsequent subscription (automatic renewal or a new subscription after a prior cancellation) does not qualify for this withdrawal period.

The purchase of the Slowedify Pro Lifetime plan also benefits from a 14-day withdrawal period. The refund will be issued upon request from the customer within this timeframe.

6. Liability

We strive to provide a quality service, but we cannot be held responsible for temporary malfunctions, maintenance, or service unavailability.

7. Modification of the TCS

We reserve the right to modify these TCS at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes via the website or by email.

8. Governing Law

These TCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
